- Site Planning and consulting for Radiology or Cardiology labs. This includes:
a - site plans for out-patient and in-patient departments b - evaluations of mobiles/modules (both new and pre-owned) c - equipment selection d - acquisition of capital equipment (both new and pre-owned) e - personnel application familiarization and/or full training f - turnkey marketing, operation, and billing development g - site management for ongoing quality assurance and control h - Claims reduction rates through auditing of EOB denials.
